"Art has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I am very fortunate to have been able to pursue this passion and make it my work."

"Originally a Brisbane girl, I completed studies in Fashion Design when I finished school.

I soon discovered a love for travel and left the sunny shores of Australia. My first stop was London for two years. A trip across the English Channel had me instantly fall in love with France. I knew then that Paris was where I wanted to be and made the decision to study art there. I spent four fabulous years doing this.

A couple of years later the urge for adventure was once again upon me. This time, it was Japan. It was there that I was truly able to follow my dream of being an artist. I spent ten years there, exhibiting in Japan as well as Singapore and Los Angeles.

In 2002, I decided it was time to come back to Australia. With two young children, I chose Tasmania as not only the perfect place to raise them but as a place of natural beauty providing endless inspiration for my art.

At the end of 2021, when my gallery representatives, Curate Art & Design (formerly Gallery Salamanca), relocated to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, I made the transition towards creating new work inspired by the lovely Victorian coast. This has given me newfound direction and enthusiasm and has enhanced my creative abilities and imagination. I hope you enjoy the result."
