Curate Art & Design Shipping Policy (Effective April 2026)
We only transact sales of artworks via our gallery space in Daylesford at 66 Vincent Street.
So, if you're interested in purchasing any artworks on our website, please contact us and we can discuss the details.
Below is our general shipping information to use as a guideline.
Local Delivery
We provide FREE local delivery for all purchases within the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area.
In-store Pickup
Please call us on 0481 882 654 to organise a pickup time.
Domestic Shipping
Please contact us to provide you with a specialised shipping quote for domestic delivery.
International Shipping
Please contact us to provide you with a specialised shipping quote for international delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the prescribed days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and we'll try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
