Artists Statement
This beautiful hippo was radiant, the centre of a purple blooming flower and bursting with life. Inside the flower his gentle heart is brought out for the world to see, helping the world to realise how precious he is. A major target for poachers, his message needs to be spread as quickly as possible, helping other hippos to bloom as he has before they are pushed too close to the edge of extinction.
