In many cultures, a pear is a symbol of affection and Deerman had affection in abundance! He wanted to find a way to express these feelings to his true love. Learning of the symbol of the pear, Deerman planted his seed. Nurturing it he watched it grow until finally, it bore him fruit. He was so excited and couldn’t wait to share it with his love. After all this time of care and devotion, he knew that his affection for his true love would stay strong, continuing to bear fruit just like his tree.
